Elliott Werth

My Story

Elliott is a partner at Hackenberg, Werth & Vajskop, LLC. He joined the firm at the end
of 2014 as an Associate and made partner in 2019. His primary areas of practice include: Estates
and Estate Planning, Probate/Estate Litigation, General Litigation, Personal Injury and Business
Transactions and Litigation. Elliott enjoys many facets of the job including, meeting and helping
others, problem solving and most importantly, having a job where every day brings something
different to the table.
 

Besides representing parties as an Attorney, Elliott is also a Guardian Ad Litem where he
is appointed by the Court’s to conduct an investigation and make best interests
recommendations. He serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in several counties, including: Hancock,
Wood, Seneca and Sandusky Counties.
 

Elliott is also a trained Mediator and conducts both private and Court referred mediations
for all types of cases including family law, probate and general civil cases. Elliott decided to
become a mediator after seeing how successful mediation can be from his own practice and
experiences as an Attorney.
 

Elliott grew up in Wood County, Ohio and graduated from Otsego High School in 2004.
He then attended the University of Toledo, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Communication in
2009 and a Juris Doctorate in 2014.
Elliott lives in Findlay, Ohio with his wife and son. For fun Elliott enjoys attending
sporting events and traveling.
